PUMA.Peace

A good friend of ours is currently working on a great campaign run by Puma for their new annual peace commission. Here’s a quick preview of one of the 7 films created as part of this:

This one is by Magali Charrier, an experimental filmmaker and animator, and a gruadate from the Royal College of Art. She juxtaposes live action and animation to investigate the moving body and its failings.

Enjoy…

Changes…

First off, an apology is in order. Since June only 3 posts have been made, what a joke! There’s not really a good excuse except that we’ve been working hard on a brand new website for you all to see so hopefully this is a consolation.

There’s a bunch of great projects coming online soon and with the launch this week of FirmFoundation’s new website (www.firmfoundation.org.uk and another 3 coming this month, we’re pretty excited. Just to give you a flavour, here’s a preview of the new 2CleanPlus website that is almost ready:
Hope you like what you see and enjoy the new website. We have an updated portfolio and have a few more tricks to pull out of the hat over the next few months.

From the Creators of Jimmy Fresh…

That’s right, he’s back! Well in some form anyways…

Hard Driven are a screen printing & embroidery company from Fresno in California. I flew out in June to work with them and hang out. This involved a just generally helping out and designing new t-shirts for local clients and also, planning out and starting work on their new website. Here’s a sneak peek at what it’ll look like, and then a few of the designs I was involved with.
You learn a lot from people who have worked in design for a while. One thing that stands out is how great they are with their customers, especially considering the amount of people who comes in wanting you to design and print something by Friday… when it is Thursday evening!

When the website is done, we’ll let you know but for now go and buy some shirts from Jimmy Fresh (www.jimmyfresh.net)

Hobson Personal Training

Andy Hobson approached BitingBack at the end of 2010 to create a new website for the personal training company he started. It tied in perfectly with a research project undertaken about the fundamentals of graphic design. It’s been a long process to get this website up and running with so many other projects going on at once, but it’s finally launched and ready for the public.
He wanted somewhere where he could advertise his services, but also give advice and support in all areas of health and fitness. Hopefully this can develop into larger things in the future. If you’d like to see the website in full go to: www.hobsonpt.com
